The bridge from creative to real

A good idea deserves
an exacting route forward.

Our Technical Support team sits between creative intent and manufacturing reality. We test assumptions early, organise the information that matters and keep every decision aligned to quality, performance and commercial viability.

step by step.

01

Fabric Testing &
Quality Check

We evaluate developed textiles against the performance, durability and appearance standards they need to meet. Colour fastness, shrinkage, strength, dimensional stability, texture and overall consistency are reviewed before production—so issues are identified early and materials perform as intended in real-world use.

Associated manufacturing units follow international inspection and testing norms. Relevant partner credentials may include Supplier to Zero, PDCA, ClearStream, InCheck, GOTS and OEKO‑TEX.

Feasibility
Study

Before production starts, we assess the practical and commercial viability of a concept. Material availability, production capability, cost, technical requirements, sustainability considerations and market demand are brought into view early—allowing better decisions about sourcing and development.

Sample
Development

Concepts become tangible fabrics through structured sampling. We support prototype samples, bitloom samples, mini yardages and lab dips, so appearance, texture, construction, performance and suitability can be assessed and refined before a bulk commitment is made.

Costing &
Budgeting

We consider raw materials, yarns, fabric construction, dyeing, printing, finishing, sampling, testing, logistics and production to build accurate budgets that balance quality, design objectives and market expectations.

Technical
Documentation

Clear documentation keeps designers, suppliers, manufacturers and buyers working from the same source of truth. Specifications can cover yarn composition, construction, weave structures, colour standards, finishes, testing requirements, dimensions and performance parameters.

Production
Planning

Once samples are approved, we help coordinate material procurement, production schedules, manufacturing capacity, quality requirements and delivery timelines. The result is a smoother transition to bulk production and more reliable execution.
