TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We ensure that every design is technically accurate, production-ready, and cost-efficient.
Overview
Our Technical Support team bridges the gap between creativity and manufacturing by ensuring feasibility, accuracy, and optimization at every stage.
What We Do?
Fabric Testing & Quality Check
Fabric testing and quality checks are essential steps in ensuring that developed textiles meet the required standards of performance, durability, and appearance. Throughout the fabric development process, materials are evaluated for key parameters such as colour fastness, shrinkage, strength, dimensional stability, texture, and overall quality consistency. These assessments help identify potential issues before production and ensure that fabrics perform as intended in real-world applications. By maintaining rigorous quality standards and continuous testing, we support the development of reliable, market-ready textiles that meet both customer expectations and industry requirements while upholding the integrity of the original design concept.
All our associated manufacturing units are fulfilling international norms of inspection and testing the fabric. Some of our manufacturing units have textile credential certifications like Supplier to Zero, PDCA, ClearStream, InCheck, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, etc.
Feasibility Study
A feasibility study is a vital stage in the textile and fabric development process that evaluates the practicality and commercial viability of a design concept before production. It involves assessing factors such as fabric and yarn availability, manufacturing capabilities, production costs, technical requirements, sustainability considerations, and market demand. By analysing these aspects at an early stage, potential challenges and opportunities can be identified, allowing informed decisions to be made regarding material selection, product development, and sourcing strategies. A comprehensive feasibility study helps ensure that design concepts can be successfully translated into commercially viable products while meeting quality standards, customer expectations, and business objectives.
Sample Development
Sample development is the root phase in the textile and fabric design process where concepts are transformed into tangible fabric samples for evaluation and refinement. Based on trend research, design direction, colour palettes, fabric specifications, and technical requirements, sample fabrics are developed to assess their appearance, texture, construction, performance, and overall suitability. This stage allows designers, buyers, and manufacturers to review and fine-tune design details before bulk production, ensuring alignment with quality standards and market expectations. Through systematic sample development, innovative ideas are validated, production risks are reduced, and the final textile products are optimized for both creative and commercial success.
We offer to make prototype samples, i.e., bitloom samples, mini yardages, and lab dips for our esteemed clients for a modest fee.
Costing & Budgeting
Costing and budgeting are essential components of the textile and fabric development process, ensuring that design concepts are both commercially viable and financially sustainable. This stage involves evaluating the costs associated with raw materials, yarns, fabric construction, dyeing, printing, finishing, sampling, testing, logistics, and production. By carefully analysing these cost elements, accurate budgets can be developed to align product quality, design objectives, and market price expectations. Effective costing and budgeting help optimize resource allocation, support informed decision-making, and ensure that textile developments achieve the desired balance between innovation, quality, and profitability while meeting customer requirements.
Technical Documentation
Technical documentation is a critical part of the textile and fabric development process, ensuring that all design, production, and quality requirements are accurately communicated and recorded. It includes detailed specifications such as yarn compositions, fabric constructions, weave structures, colour standards, finishes, testing requirements, dimensions, and performance parameters. Well-prepared technical documentation serves as a reference for designers, manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers, helping maintain consistency throughout development and production. By providing clear and comprehensive technical information, the risk of errors is reduced, product quality is maintained, and the final textile product is developed according to the intended design and performance standards.
Production Planning
Production planning is a nurturing stage in the textile and fabric development process that ensures the smooth and efficient transition from approved samples to bulk manufacturing. It involves coordinating raw material procurement, production schedules, manufacturing capacities, quality requirements, and delivery timelines to meet customer expectations. By carefully planning each stage of production, potential bottlenecks can be identified and resources can be allocated effectively to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards. Our well-structured production plan helps ensure timely execution, cost efficiency, consistent product quality, and seamless collaboration between suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers, ultimately supporting successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
